Forget the crude oil, water purity and wheat crops – our rare metals are being depleted!

In our lust for technology, once again it’s been noted that we’re eating up our cupboard of precious metals used for things like LCD screen technology, etc .  Sure we like to think we’re smart and will start growing our computers (likely to be our eventual demise), but read here for the stunning statistics…

What do you think we should do?  We could invest a lot of energy in mining outside of the planet, perhaps also under sea operations.  All of these things will take time and a lot of money.
