Now, I wouldn’t consider this for everyone, as there are some applications only found in the Windows world, but if there was a way to get something like VMWARE bulk at a cut rate, this could be a tasty way to switch.

A German newspaper publisher, Axel Springer, is switching to Mac… almost 12 thousand machines.

Auto Warehousing Co. (AWC) is another company that has made the switch. They are the largest full-service auto processing company in North America, with 23 sites in the U.S. and Canada.

IBM is starting to offer Macs to workers.

Microsoft developers have been using macs even for windows development.  (Do they just nuke OSX and put vista on? Who knows?   They’re hard at work on software development as well.

If you visit any college or university, you’ll see a plethora of little apple logos in the study halls and classrooms.  These are our future workers.  They will drive the tools that are put in place.

Gone are the days of ‘Eww, it’s a Mac, you can’t do anything on that’ – They work, just not for everyone.  I find the loudest complaints from the gaming world, and well…  In my humble opinion, get a console system.
