I won’t lie and say I don’t like the Apple hardware and software.  It does what I need, but i’m not one to try to convert others.  There are pros and cons to all hardware, and no one is perfect.

Apple needs to get things fixed, and fixed quickly.

They are having serious hardware issues with laptops and desktops.  They have cracking iphones with bad reception.  MobileMe, the ‘online’ experience is less than adequate.

It’s great to have new stuff, but they need to divert some attention to making the existing stuff well produced.  I know its hard to manage the production qualities when you are outsourcing…
